Aceh production areas
"Naturi works with local farmer and collector networks to strengthen Aceh patchouli supply. Named farmer testimonials with photo permissions will be published here once available."
Sustainable sourcing practices and EUDR readiness work in progress. We connect procurement teams directly to Aceh's highland patchouli farming regions.
An illustrative map of the highland districts Naturi sources from. Full plot-level geolocation and audit documentation is in progress — see the EUDR readiness notes below for current status.
Naturi's model connects investor and cooperative coordination with farmers and collectors across Aceh's patchouli growing regions — farming and collecting, through processing, to trading — so quality and origin can be tracked back through the chain rather than lost in an anonymous commodity trade.

Every node in the chain is documented, contracted, and auditable. No anonymous intermediaries.
Investor & Cooperative
Working capital and organizational coordination sit at the center of the model, connecting the farming base through to trading — investor capital and cooperative structure keep the chain accountable end to end.
Farming & Collecting
Farmers and midlemen across Aceh patchouli production areas cultivate and collect leaf. Responsible cultivation practices with reduced chemical inputs and no land burning.
Producing
Distillation and primary processing through Naturi's agroindustry model — economic, social, and environmental orientation with documented batch identity.
Quality Control
GC-MS laboratory testing and quality verification. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) available per batch on request via Admin. Split-sample policy for buyer verification.
Trading & Product Diversification
Flagship Aceh patchouli (Dark & Light) plus a broader essential oil portfolio, sold through trading channels and diversified into derivative products for fragrance, cosmetics, and related applications.
Cooperative Gallery & Markets
Diversified products reach buyers through the Cooperative Gallery (online and offline) alongside direct national and international market channels, backed by full export documentation and sea/air freight.

Community processing

"Post-harvest handling and drying practices that protect oil quality while supporting local livelihoods. Detailed community stories coming soon."

Distillation partners
Aceh
"Partner distillation capacity feeds Naturi quality systems. Every commercial batch can be linked to QC documentation and CoA on request."
"Can you supply consistently year-round?" Yes. Here is how harvest cycles affect volume, and how advance orders should be timed to secure priority allocation.
Q1 (Jan – Mar)
Post-harvest peak. Highest volume availability. Recommended window for first-time buyers to secure initial lot.
Q2 (Apr – Jun)
Peak harvest season in Gayo Lues highlands. Optimal drying conditions historically correlate with higher average patchoulol yields. Q2 2026 batch is live.
Q3 (Jul – Sep)
Inter-season period. Buffer stock from Q2 peak covers standard volume. Advance booking strongly recommended for volumes above 200 kg.
Q4 (Oct – Dec)
Rainy season reduces fresh leaf yield. Distillation continues from dried leaf stock. Premium grade availability limited — early booking critical.
Note: We hold a physical buffer stock equivalent to 20% of annual projected contracts to ensure zero supply gaps during Q4 monsoon for all contracted buyers.
Sustainable Agro-Industry Model
Developing an economically, socially, and environmentally oriented essential oil agro-industry model — sustainability built into how the business operates, not a separate initiative.
Wildlife & Habitat Protection
Efforts to protect wildlife species and their habitats in and around Aceh's patchouli growing regions, aligned with Sustainable Forest Management practice.
Reduced Chemical Use
Reducing dependence on synthetic chemicals in patchouli cultivation across partner farmer networks.
No Land Burning
Responsible land management without burning as a clearing or cultivation practice.
Minimizing Deforestation
Land use planning oriented toward preventing deforestation, supporting long-term supply resilience alongside forest conservation.
