EUDR Compliance

EUDR-compliant
patchouli oil.

Sustainable sourcing and batch-level Chain of Custody today, with geolocation mapping and full Due Diligence Statement (DDS) documentation in progress toward EU importer requirements. Contact Admin for current readiness status per order.

Our Compliance Framework

How we meet EUDR requirements.

πŸ—ΊοΈ

Geolocation data

Geolocation mapping is a roadmap priority for EU-bound supply. Coverage is partial and must be confirmed per order with Admin β€” not claimed complete site-wide.

πŸ”—

Supply chain traceability

Full chain of custody from farm plot to export drum. Each batch is traceable to specific farming communities, harvest dates, and distillation records.

πŸ“‹

Due diligence documentation

Due Diligence Statement (DDS) capability is in development. Confirm current documentation scope with Admin before assuming EUDR-ready status for a specific shipment.

🌱

Deforestation-free verification

Our cultivation areas are established agricultural land with a long history of continuous patchouli farming. Formal deforestation-free verification against satellite baseline imagery is a roadmap priority, not yet published as complete site-wide.

Implementation Timeline

Our path to EUDR readiness.

  1. 2021

    Supply chain mapping initiated

Began identifying and documenting farming communities across Aceh's patchouli cultivation regions β€” baseline work on farm locations, land use history, and farmer identities.

  2. 2022–2023

    GPS mapping in progress

GPS coordinate and polygon mapping work underway for Aceh production plots. Coverage is partial β€” geolocation data is confirmed per order with Admin, not claimed complete for the full supply base.

  3. 2024

    EUDR framework development

Due diligence documentation framework developed in consultation with EU regulatory advisors. Risk assessment methodology aligned with EUDR Annex II requirements.

  4. 2025

    DDS-ready for EU buyers

DDS capability and plot documentation are in progress. Do not assume every shipment is EUDR-complete until Admin confirms documentation for that batch.

Frequently Asked Questions

EUDR compliance questions.

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requires that commodities entering the EU β€” including essential oils like patchouli β€” must be proven deforestation-free and legally produced. Importers must conduct due diligence with geolocation data, supply chain traceability, and risk assessment. Enforcement begins December 30, 2025 for large operators. Patchouli oil is classified under 'other oils' in the regulation's scope.
